Buying and selling homes, income property and commercial space across San Diego and Southern California.

Investment Income Properties
Identifying, evaluating and acquiring property that is meant to earn rather than just to live in.
A brokerage, not a call center
Universal Enterprises Realty & Lending was founded by Issam and Juliet Jamil and has helped hundreds of families make San Diego their home. Their son Eissa joined them in 2014 and works from Menifee across the Inland Empire, which is how the firm came to cover both ends of the I-15. Three licensed brokers, one family business - so you deal with the person whose name is on the license, and there is always more than one of us to reach.
