About the brokerage

Universal Enterprises Realty & Lending was established by Issam and Juliet Jamil as a San Diego-based Southern California brokerage. Issam is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Juliet as a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, and between them they have helped hundreds of families make San Diego their forever home.

Their youngest son, Eissa Jamil, joined the family business in 2014 and works alongside them as the firm's third licensed broker. He lives in Menifee, which is why the brokerage now covers southwest Riverside County as naturally as it has always covered San Diego. His background is in technology, which shows up less as gadgetry and more as a habit of being organized and straight with people about numbers.

That gives the firm two homes rather than one: three decades of San Diego County behind it, and someone who actually lives in the Inland Empire market he sells. See where we work.

It remains a small family business - three brokers who work together rather than an office with a roster. In practice that means whoever knows your market takes your call, and if you want a high-end, personal experience rather than a queue, that is the whole reason this brokerage exists.

Outside Southern California - including the Bay Area and Northern California - we refer clients to agents we know and trust, and stay involved until you are in good hands.
