What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and message you send us, along with the date and the IP address the submission came from. We collect this so we can answer you and keep a record of the inquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and to provide real estate brokerage services you have asked about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary to carry out a transaction you have asked us to help with - for example with a lender, escrow or title company - or where the law requires it.
SMS and mobile messaging
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate brokers in California, then delete them.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. It does not identify you personally to us.
